MATERIAL

• Material: Polyester / Satin 

• The polyester used in this hat is made with RPET - this is a sustainable, biodegradable fabric made from high-quality recycled plastics. Re-purposing these plastics keeps them out of landfills and groundwater, which is a win for the environment.  

• Exterior has a tightly-woven texture with a subtle sheen. This fabric was chosen for its ability to hold its shape over time - this means it will look new for much longer than the average hat.

FIT/FEEL

• Circumference: 18-25 inches

• Can be adjusted using the snap to fit your preferences

• The hemp content in the exterior insulates better than pure cotton or polyester, keeping you warmer/dryer in cold/rainy conditions

DESIGN

• Features: Rubber molded logo, double snap, hidden pocket, woven label, braided rope over bill 

METHOD

Multiple techniques are used to create these elaborate works of art. Graphics are applied using a combination of embroidery, screen-printing, and sublimation. The fabric is then cut, shaped, and sewn in layers to form the hat.

• Front Exterior: The great eyes surrounded by a geometric design/meandros with rubber molded "Seed of Life / Om" embellishment. 
• Side Exteriors: Black woven label - "Visual Metaphors" + "The truth at our center is love" + "Connect with soul" in Chinese traditional calligraphy
• Back Exterior: 3D embossed logo - "RNA" + "Unity" in Chinese calligraphy + "EYES2C 11:11"
• Top Brim: Black on black geometric embroidered pattern 
• Under Brim: "Connect with the Soul" in Chinese calligraphy + "Empathy" in white/grey screen print
