• This concept was inspired by the belief that to truly awaken in this realm, one must seek to balance their energies. Beyond your physical body is an "energetic body" that contains information about your current state of being. This energetic body flows through the seven energetic wheels or chakras  in Sanskrit, which can be developed to create a balance between the mind, body, and spirit, and in true 
  It is thought that if an imbalance is present, it can disrupt the flow of energy, causing physical and spiritual symptoms. The journey of discovering a balance  and bringing new lifestyles and habits to surface we find harmony within ourselves. We designed this to remind us and to hold a tribute to the  importance of harmony as a crucial part of our existence. May we all heal through our own harmony as not only on the individual level but as a whole.

• The seven chakras are as follows: the root chakra Mooladhara (survival), sacral chakra Swadhisthana (abundance/intimacy), solar plexus chakra Manipura (self-esteem), heart chakra Anahata (love), throat chakra Vishuddha (communication), third eye chakra Agnya (thought/intuition/imagination), crown chakra Sahasrara (spiritual connectedness).
