• The length of the strap is adjustable so that you can wear it in multiple ways - it works as both a fanny pack, chest or shoulder bag.

• Bag can be adjusted up to: 74" (max length of strap)

The message on the inside reminds me to breathe and to not stress and the bad will be over and the good will come eventually.
